1. Agreement & Contact

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SyncTimer app, owned and operated by Sebastian Suarez-Solis.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

2.1 Grant. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to install and use SyncTimer on unlimited personal devices.

2.2 Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the app.

3. Data & Privacy

SyncTimer collects no personal data from you, except:

Beta/TestFlight crash reports or analytics you voluntarily opt into via Apple’s mechanisms.

4. Age

By using SyncTimer you represent you are at least 4 years old.

5. Support & Warranty

5.1 “As-Is” THE APP IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

5.2 Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Sebastian Suarez-Solis be liable for any damages exceeding the purchase price of the app.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sebastian Suarez-Solis from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app.

7. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

To report alleged copyright or trademark infringement, please send a written notice to [email protected] with:

1. Identification of the material claimed infringed.

2. Your contact information.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate.

8. Modifications & Termination

Sebastian Suarez-Solis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance. Infringement of telecom laws or these Terms may result in termination of your license.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Informal Mediation. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at [email protected].

9.2 Arbitration. If unresolved within 30 days, you and Sebastian Suarez-Solis agree to binding arbitration in California under the American Arbitration Association rules.
